The buying process

Your purchase will be recorded in our system by pressing the Order button.

You will receive a confirmation stating the type of voucher, the amount of the purchase and the information required for the transfer.

When making a reference, indicate your name in the notice box.

Your purchase will be considered complete after the transfer of the exact amount indicated on the confirmation.

After we receive the amount of the transfer to our account, we will send your voucher to the e-mail address provided by you.

Important information

• If you are unsure of the success of your order, please DO NOT REPEAT your order, but contact us at reservation@caramell.hu or at (00 36) 94 558-030. In all cases, please inform our colleagues about your voucher number.
• The Caramell Premium Resort system will automatically notify you by email of a successful purchase. If you do not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, please do not initiate another purchase, but call +36 94 558-030 or send an email to reservation@caramell.hu. The confirmation will be resent upon request. The successful completion of the purchase does not depend on the sending of a confirmation. A communication error can also cause you to not receive confirmation. In this case, please contact us at the contact details above.
• The purchase can be canceled at any time without any consequences before pressing the “Order” button.
• Customer on 45/2014. (II.26.) Of the Consumer Decree, you may exercise your right of withdrawal or cancellation within 14 days of purchase, in writing or by any other clear statement to that effect.
• Only vouchers can be purchased through our system, we cannot reserve or set aside vouchers.
